Councilman Charles 'Van-Yrankra has received a copy of th "Daily Saratog' ian," of Saratoga Springs, N. Y., con taming an account oi the death of an aunt, Mre. Lucinda Rentier, together with some interesting facts about her family, which we herewith republish: "Lucinda Medbery, widow of the late Ambrose Bentley, died on Monday night at midnight at her home in Porters Corners, the funeral win te neid Irom the Baptist church, at Middle Grove, on Wednesday, at 1 p. ra. Burial will be made at Middle Grove. Mrs. Bentley was born in the tewn of Greenfield, 94 years ago, and had always resided near the scene of her birth. She was the daughter of the late Stephen and l.vdia Medbery, and was one of four teen children. There were seven sons and seven daughters, ihe la only is noted for Its longevity. The mother of the family, Lydia Medbery, was 100 years old when she received the final summons. The death of Lucinda Bent- lev still leavss six children living, all well advanced in years.
